Start with code. The analogy would be starting with an acoustic Steel string guitar not a classical. Extend that to learning, practicing, doing and no code methodologies seemed a very poor follow-up if you're learning from smart people like you:-)

This is true. But you can't build strength and calluses very quickly if at all and I'll on string guitar and we need to build strength and calluses in this industry no?
