I use revealjs for most of my presentations. Since it’s just a web app, comes in handy when you have to make stuff interactive on the fly, like inserting a datavis with d3, or a webgl snippet with threejs. There are plugins to print it out to PDF

Not sure if I understand this correctly. If you are asking about the accessibility of the generated decks (PDF/HTML), the design is in your control and you can bake a11y in to the slide design you create on RevealJs.
