We humans really have some ideas that don't make sense to me. Money does not define power. Stoicism and stiff upper lips don't define courage. I want my skeletons out of the closet. I want to talk about the elephant in the room. Truly strong people know they are also vulnerable.

One of my current favorite quotes, "Courage does not always roar. Courage is sometimes the quiet voice saying, "Okay, let's try again."
