How many coders, devs, programmmers, IT peeps, technical design folks are also musicians and/or seriously in pursuit of music lifelong? Curious to know as for more than 30 years in tech I see a lot of crossover.

I'm sure there's literature and I will definitely be digging around for it but the overlap reveals how devs are often both logical and creative. Math and music overlap. I think the coexistence may be exemplifying hybrid thinkers, 'whole brain' use over single lobe strength.

Thank you for sharing your work. I do think the pandemic has a lot to do with many people returning to instruments and music that had been set aside due to technology getting real busy. Recording is a world of its own. the layering you describe fits my studio experience exactly.
