Psychology in practice? All emotions, talking, mindfulness. It fails me, or I it. I'm plenty emo on my own 馃槀. I'm looking now at points of focus, avoiding talk therapy, mindlessness via real sleep. Calm, quiet, focus? I had em once. How do you manage? Tips and advice welcome!
