React developers, if you'd start from 0 **today**, would you still pick React?
Or would you choose something like Vue or Svelte or anything else?

I start with content . Then HTML, CSS, possibly some SVG and only necessary and needed JavaScript. I do not touch Frameworks nor do I rely on layers and layers of apis because they obfuscate content purposely
