That is awful I'm so sorry. things are just getting worse. I hope they get your benefits back to you ASAP do not be afraid to complain out loud if they have Twitter or Facebook or another media account. I sometimes have to call out insurance or doctors on social media. it works.

Those benefits are yours and every day you go without them shame on insurers who are incapable of a proper and caring response For every bad that ever happens to me 10,000 good things happen as well. so you know I'm practicing as much as I can a philosophy of love and gratitude.
