You know that joy of an ISPs low level tech support telling you it's your fault when you know it's not, and all they can do is lie, blame the customer, and do nothing to help? That's @Centurylink @CenturyLinkHelp and everything at CenturyLink. Get me a tech FFS! Pissed in Tucson.

Well, you know, those tech support's people's parents were good customers of Johnson&Johnson when you were already experienced in the field… And most Level 1 support is scripted anyway.

Ha, Max. 😊 Especially re the scripted Infinite loop without an escape sequence trauma. It can go on for years with companies without any change despite customer dissatisfaction. It's tiresome. This company has done this before, no headlines needed. Sadly, no ISP here is better.

That's a feature of that industry… I am not sure whether mobile phone companies are worse, but… Ah, and then there is Level 1 support for XXXXX XXXXXXX (a premium product of a major software company)

Right? 😂 How about the pay for support where technical novices search the same public knowledge base and engines you've already scoured to the moon and back. Tech support is one of those terms asking for a global groan of anguish every time mentioned. 🙄
