Thank you for sharing as an act of compassion, loyalty and friendship. There is a problem however in our society about depression it is often misdiagnosed mistreated and very misunderstood in terms of causation there are so many factors

As someone who has had and been treated for mild depression in the past, I know a bit about what it is like. There’s this stigma you feel, even as someone who’s fairly resilient to what other people think.

The stigma is due to a lot of irrational bias from other human beings. I blame dualism and I'm not a fan of Rene Descartes for applying that to the concept of Mind Body.
