For aging and end of life planning, terrific help. I forgot @AARP who have been beyond worthwhile in Advocacy, advice and often free services to help. They sent my first membership offer when I was 49 and a decade later still do. Thank you so much 馃槉

I did my advance directive when I was 23 because even as a healthy young adult I wanted to make sure my healthcare decisions were documented for my family if a situation arose where I were unable to speak for myself. Important for all adults. 馃檶

It's wise advice but I think we also change and our lives changed greatly you must have known yourself very well I didn't know when I was young I wanted or who I was yet and I was already sick and 100% disabled by 22. I admire you.

True. Documenting should also be a living/continuous processes as life shifts, not written in stone and tucked away in the drawer. We know ourselves differently at different phases of our lives for sure. I am certainly different than when I initiated the process of documenting.
