I did my advance directive when I was 23 because even as a healthy young adult I wanted to make sure my healthcare decisions were documented for my family if a situation arose where I were unable to speak for myself. Important for all adults. 馃檶

It's wise advice but I think we also change and our lives changed greatly you must have known yourself very well I didn't know when I was young I wanted or who I was yet and I was already sick and 100% disabled by 22. I admire you.
