All this love and sweetness is making me realize maybe I should try it and have surgeries they are risky take two steps and I have to have a lot of blood given to me. The main problem is that I have no personal friends to help me I am going to need help. Anybody can you help? XOM

Me too. It's become so unkind that I forgot until today love still prevails in this world and people still care I was giving up hope. My family here online and by extension those I've met and interacted with have been my salvation.

So many people love you! These are challenging times for many. Just getting through is taking so much. Narrowing scope is the only way I know to progress/grow. Prioritize one’s peace.
