I opened the letter from the clinic and if I don't do a radical procedure and surgery which is equal risk of death I have 45 to 60 days at best and I don't know who to talk to about this. Reserve your sympathy and sorrow and please just help need figure out the best thing to do.

Get a 2nd opinion for sure. What kind of difference in life expectancy will the procedure lead to. Is there a chance for significant improvement? Much less pain? Improved quality of life? If yes to any of the above, the pain of procedure & risk seem justified.

Hugs. Not a position I envy in any way. Getting a second medical opinion seems wise. If they advise the same, then taking a risk to have longer could be worth trying.

Sounds like the radical procedure and surgery is the way forward if you want more than a month or two. I can't even imagine.

Immediately get a 2nd opinion from atleast 2 reputed doctors. It will help you validate the situation. If the assessment is same, go for the surgery, since not trying will only give you agony and frustration

Oh dear. I’d also ask around for a few more opinions. @RayDalio’s Principles book describes the risk assessment and intervention process he took that was very thorough

Are you able to get a second opinion so you can be confident in your options?
