I'm not happy about this. I don't have any Android thing that old that still works, but what will they kill off next year? And shutting people out of their email isn't on.

A lot of the older phones never received a single OS update. I would guess they might be switching to TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3 minimum for the log in and dropping support for the older ones
