What're some best ways to evict someone who seems to have ended up living in yer head rent-free?

If you've the mental energy, thinking about some technical subject or problem you're interested in that's demanding enough to need all your attention and fascinating enough to get it. But probably not one you've shared with the person.

I don't have physical energy. I have extreme amounts of intellectual energy and an inability to sleep much at all. It's familial but I have it the worst. My mom would stay in bed and ruminate all night long I can't do that I get up and do stuff
