Heuristics, cognitive bias, semantic dissonance and related topics from me lately do go directly to my book's premise which argues that we humans cannot be inclusive until we stop being so impossibly exclusive. Agree? Disagree? Examples have or needed? #Accessibility #Inclusion

Totally agree. An engineer asked me what is one thing I would have everyone learn about accessibility, and my response was "whatever you think 'the user' is or does, it's not that". It can't be about inclusion, because the list of things to include is endless.

Oh I love your smarts! :) A user may or may not be human in my ideation. Does time begin and end? Are we in one universe. Which time format? All unknown until rigorous science, math and consistency offers patterns we build into hard research. We gots tools to speed that up. :)
