I can't do this stuff anymore. A nurse practitioner I've seen one time said I made her uncomfortable"I'm not used to being spoken to as if I were a peer to a patient." I did not mean to laugh but that's what came out not because I thought it was funny. For once in my life I left.

Someone not me is my best guess?

Wait. What?! You made her uncomfortable by treating her as an equal?! Surely I'm missing something there.

I think you're not the one missing the point in this scenario at all. I think I laughed because it was so far out of any professional expectation, I went for the least dangerous response!

Omg that practitioner needs to get down off that cross. She literally is a peer human. 馃檮馃檮馃檮 Much love to you.

I really don't care what she thinks and feel that the triumph is mine because I left I didn't stand there and try to defend myself or explain myself or try and talk sense to nonsense which is what I would normally have done.
