Odd are it will be, and they'll be a person with "Net Worth" who made money off the free and open Web Sir Tim offered the world. Feels wrong and definitely an unexpected move.

Aye. I don't know Sir Tim, but this smells like an attempt by the inventor of the Web to be "relevant" and cash in decades after the fact.

I used a good word for the way I feel. This tweet, just the conversations about the issue in general and the act itself has indeed made me very uncomfortable.

I'm with you. I hope I didn't come across as or policing your language or mansplaining (although, I know my tendencies, so…). That definitely was not my intent. I agree with you: NFTs are and Sir TBL's apparently embrace of them is discomfiting.

No not at all if anything it was an expected strong opinion and it was part of the reason I was uncomfortable to begin with. I don't know I disagree with you and that is why I'm emotional not because you expressed it in any way that upset me:-)
