HOW on earth do y'all do it? Keep up with work, study, family, life logistics n' stuff AND social relationships online? It was easier once 😉 Work and life are taking precedence right now due to energy. It keeps me socially afk. Tips for 'spoon' management welcome! Onward xo/m 💙

Money for a staff perhaps? Smm companies and independents all would benefit by balancing tasks, monitoring process and providing real engagement, not just 'meetings' or scrum style stuff which can be helpful if the comprehensive discussions/work is addressed alongside :)
