Anyone using otter.ai for #voice #transcription? It's browser-based so it fits my hunger for something cross-platform. It is a paid service with 600 minutes free per month. It's useful. Looking at others too. So far, it's kept up with my mouth! #a11y (FYI @vavroom)

It's good. I have a free account and my uni has a Zoom integration. I think it does less well with someone who has atypical speech, and that's where trainable software may come in (e.g. Dragon).

It's working for me and I'm atypical with rapid, pressured speech, stuttering, absence seizure and hypoxia related pauses - it adjusts! As Nicholas said some manual editing is needed but I'm impressed. I'd have to edit anyway with my Academy meets New Jersey Street vernacular. 馃槈
