I can't fix a car to save my life. I don't have that ability. I am a part from the ability to fix a car. Does that mean I'm disabled? If we don't know we can argue it using logic. PEOPLE! It isn't about right or wrong thinking. One does not have to win. One never really wins.

if the typical age, sex, culture etc adjusted expectations are that one should be able to fix a car then yes.

So I could respond to that with should I believe that all people must act like sheep and follow the lead of their dominant culture? I'm not saying this to be contentious. Again. I am pointing out that this is what we do everything has to be one or the other not both or all.
