Google Chrome just added a live caption feature. It works on any audio or video it plays. If you mean voice dictation, both Google Docs and Microsoft Word have features.

I mean voice to text dictation specifically. I have had very poor results and am seeing a serious decline in Google's products and services, alas. MS Word is a little better, but not much for my needs. Thanks much!
