Of all the people involved skills I have ever lost I think Independence is the one that is hardest to face. I used to be able to do everything on my own and I can do nothing on my own anymore. I don't know how to ask I don't know who to ask that isn't attached to Medical.

. I need help and I don't have any and I don't have a family and I don't have a support network and I feel vulnerable since Ray died so much so because I'm not a hater of the world wants everything to be a goddamn right or wrong to fight it out to the death literally.

I'm just really overwhelmed despite having therapy a good medical care I just want something beyond that I don't even know where to begin. I don't even know if I even want to. What is life without my Independence?
