Play time! What is the weirdest job or profession in your family?
Me: Abbey Funeral Chapel here in Tucson was built by my mom's brother's wife in 1969 and many of my relatives worked there. Still family owed. Saw things there I can't unsee! SO weird. !abbeyfc.com/

I've had a ton of weird jobs, but my first one was making cat toys in a light manufacturing job here in Vegas from the age of 10-16.

That is to me far more cool than weird, although as a feline lover I suspect your human bosses and you served a feline by design, as they rule us and the internet ;-)

It was fun. He showed Persian cats at cat shows professionally and ended up inventing some toys since that wasn't a thing that was sold (other than passive toys like mice). It was a great job for a kid. $5 an hour, cash, and freeplay arcade machine breaks.

Very interesting and definitely unique! Las Vegas, huh? Two years there to be with Mom during her illness. I hated living there for so many reasons. Are you native? If not, what brought you there?

I did appreciate the expression and diversity. I was in a horrible time with death of husband in Feb 2017, then Mom on Oct 1 right before heard every shot and scream echo into Vegas gone silent. I enjoyed visiting, hated my time living there. Too much trauma related to it now.
