Curious as to how many #webdev #webdesign #UX folks worked on HTML frame-based (<frameset> makes me giggle now) sites back in the day. Or even now! 🤣 The Web Mistakes Confessional is now open ⏳

The REAL money 😹 was in making Selenium traverse a frameset. Often characterized as “impossible” by anyone who didn’t have 100 hours of spare time to find, read and interpret the incredibly sparse Selenium documentation of the 2005-9 era!

Do you remember Erik Hatcher @lucidworks - Lucene, Frames, SemWeb? He was way ahead of his time with a lot of this and remains a very progressive thinker. He was in Tucson til the 90s and we remain friends. Indeed, a lot of work.
