As the web evolves, involve those who use it. The web has a history of making decisions for everyone from an ivory tower. We need to co-create with the full range of users, instead of believing we know best. We don’t. That’s why we have such inaccessible experiences.

How is that different from saying we need to involve drivers in designing cars?

When I said include the users, I meant as the standards are documented. Make sure that developers and designers understand the documentation. People use MDN because the standards aren’t plain language, for example. WCAG sc cause fights in the workplace.

Yes I agree with this I think that's called part of making the web meaningful in my experience it has to be meaningful to everybody from the semantics of the document to how the content is Meaningful content takes effort. We need to know Humanity in order to make it make sense!
