Need some input and you may get quoted ;-) What do you feel are the most important or the most important needs we should retain as we evolve the Web? Choices can be from any area of Web design, dev, UX, #a11y etc. Thank you!

keep the mechanics as simple as possible - it is already impossible to expect even just HTML to work consistently on different browsers.

It's amazing isn't it now we have almost a monoculture completely across browsers and we still don't have interoperability. This is in the slides but thank you that puts a nice polish on what I was thinking thank you again yay

Oh hell yes please. I'm old school graveyard and I do not believe in this web but we will talk about that this evening or if folks can't make it it will be placed on YouTube at some point and I will make sure to post the link. I'm so happy to hear people thinking this way again!

Make different solutions for different thinking styles, where we get outside of our own perspective and deep into how others think their way toward a purpose. Frame and measure by purpose + thinking style. (My latest talks & recordings are about this. indiyoung.com/essays-talks/)

Hey there Indi long time! always incredibly insightful. Something similar has been on my mind about multiculturalism and its value and when we think wider than our own beliefs we find solutions to problems we didn't know were possible because we are closed or not exposed to them.

This looks great Sean! I may have to use it in my Ph.D. prep. I just got an email and I'm going back to school! Time to sharpen my pencils! Oh wait... ;-) Thank you so much!
