I've been focusing a lot on sustainable, scalable education and intersection with all aspects of Web, this article about "Slow Conferences" hits on my disruptive self yelling at devs, @W3C and browser makers to slow TF down. Note I did not yell "Monoculture!" (and never will).
We've been thinking a lot about the opportunity a move to online conferences presents to do things differently, and perhaps better.
