I miss the days when I didn’t panic that a lump in my throat or a headache or a runny nose was covid

Unless you have pre-existing conditions of a significant nature or are on medications I hope that reading the top symptoms will help you find some comfort. It can manifest in different ways or not at all but seriously infection will. If you want some links I'm happy to help :-)

I know what to keep a sharp eye out for - loss of taste/smell, cough, body aches. It’s just been so different with different people it’s hard to tell sometimes.

More than anything I don't want you to be afraid I don't want anybody to be afraid. How can I help?

I guess my biggest fear is being intubated and dying. My brother didn’t die of covid but he was intubated before he passed and that’s my biggest fear. I don’t want to suffer the way he did.

Oh honey I can totally understand that. That's a trauma of deep proportions. I think the best thing you can possibly do for yourself is follow the guidelines and stress remember does affect our immune systems very seriously. Talk to people breathe deep Reach Out.

I follow the guidelines religiously. Double mask. Avoid crowds. See my doc via telemed if I can (sometimes I can’t.) I eat in my office and not common areas. I just get scared of dying the way he did and how many in my county have.

That's very good and a great start definitely lots of hand-washing I happen to live in Arizona which is once again hitting the top of the globe of most cases and deaths and the problem is no leadership from an outgoing Republican who never wears a mask for shame!

I'm in Pima County right across the street from TMC. We have been a nightmare haven't we I am horrified. This is a social problem that could have been course corrected by our anti masker governor
