A few days ago a man was lamenting that the horror in TN was "just another day." Responder wrote "Media wants headlines." I disagreed as this is historically a passive means of assmilitation of others. He said "You are really trying hard to sound smart." I wrote "I'm not smart."

I must be way off base, because the _very first_ word that comes to mind when I see your name is, "smart." I'd like to posit that someone can be (even extremely) smart, yet burdened or struggling.

Smart as a definition simply means the existence of intelligence in argument so you're not wrong in that regard but when we quantify and qualify an imprecise methodology but patterns prevail I kind of go over the top too much ;-)

Your over-the-top has inspired me to realize it's ok and even important to sometimes be visceral and unfiltered. Everything in moderation, including moderation.

It's not really been something I've had great control over and this is the point. The suggestion is that my intelligence is not common I don't want to find myself using words that are embarrassing for either of us but my personality is rare. And much of it is genetic Imo.

LOL as for moderation I wish I knew what that meant. I'm extreme. On and off not much in between LOL
