For me, not one but a few early influential women who made me feel *allowed* in the industry including @Lemay @lynda @shelleypowers @dori @lizcastro - all known to me earlier than Twitter but sealed for the long-haul here. And everyone who's still here (but trolls or ex's 馃ぃ馃槆馃榾)

Interestingly, my two books in Laura's series were written before she and I spoke much less met and became friends. I read her HTML tome, then yours. She inspired thought, you motivated action. Lucky me huh? :D

Really? That makes MY morning! First saw your work I think in relation to HTML and form processing ~ 1995? Is that in sync with reality? You were a unique, relevant voice for technical dev and held your ground against 'splainers with examples and clear language. You still do. :)
