Americans are too complacent. We literally could have all the progress necessary to keep this planet and our species thriving. But we sit back and let the govt and their sponsors profit off our pain. There's no fire inside us anymore.

You did nail My Funny Bone there I have always said we've been too complacent and that that is part of the problem look how long we went without any real protester upheaval from the moment we started a war in Afghanistan nearly 20 years ago not to mention Iraq.
