Ethics however are more Universal. I prefer that word. Also having empathy, a conscience, a reverence for life and other people, all these things factor in to the way a person evolves or does not evolve.
I call that white collar psychopathy. It's a known issue. Corporate capitalists often think they have to be ruthless if they're going to be at the top of such massive companies meaning they step over everyone to get where they want to go no empathy, no guilt, no care
