Isn't this kind of a double-standard? Not seating elected members because they foolishly said they supported a lawsuit that wanted to disenfranchise some voters? Thereby disenfranchising the voters in those districts? And then what would happen in those 126 seats?

It's an extension of everything dignified that once was truly dignified. these are undignified acts at a time of great civil instability across the world not just in the United States. We may need to have to revise and upgrade some of our procedure and that's part of our process.
