Understand that in the business world the word ‘accessibility’ can often be interpreted as ‘available’. You will need to be specific.

That's true in the web world to when we say accessible we don't necessarily mean using Aria or I'll text etc etc we mean able to access no matter what. I wish we could have drilled that into people's heads earlier on but you are right! Clarity is good

Yes, thank you. I could have written that better. Accessibility is access no matter what. I meant it often means access in a sense without thought to specific access needs. For example: on all platforms, available across territories, free to download.

No you wrote just fine in fact that was why I even responded because I saw the parallel and what you had written and it's a point that people miss all the time so it was an opportunity to pull a thread ;-)
