The thing is, Trump has that pardon sharpie all inked up and, who else in the world are more in need of get-out-of-jail-free cards than elected GOP officials.
Not sure. I don't think so, but in the case of the 1,000s of them that Trump will hand out extra-legally, there should be a way to undo them.
