Not. Not at all. Not even a little bit. In fact it is AS (Artificial STUPID).

Snarky smart. We use "intelligence" along with Artificial to describe computer systems. The "stupid" word there shows the linguistic bug as we are anthropomorphizing networks. That's artifice if ever oh ever! Funny stuff.

In all seriousness AI is about neural networking (mostly). About the restructure of data and data as computation. The web is basically just a display system... while complex and growing it is just not the correct structure to be self learning or become AI.
