I am in a very happy state of Semantic Web mind, especially now, reading and discussing the book The Semantic Web for the Working Ontologist. It is a LOT of hard work, I agree, and for me it's worth it.

:) Thanks for asking. Very, very distilled: my hunch that marketing communication novation's are transitioning from manipulating the marketing mix to managing knowledge.
