The thing is - sometimes employees get used to this level of abuse. It can seem normal until you are removed from such a toxic situation.

I find it very difficult that anyone would allow that normalization without fighting back I come from a different generation of Union people we fought back fight back people.

Wtf I hate this shit. I once had an employer who could, at any time, log on and view my screen realtime. I could see a little icon indicating this, and he would randomly pop up throughout the day. Fuckin horrible. 😠

Why would you even put up with that I would have walked. Even if I had family or responsibilities allowing that abuse allows it to continue to others not just ourselves we have to remember that.

Tell me about how *not* to attract the best resources to your company. I couldn’t deal with working in such conditions. Not even as a last resort.

Thank you. I can't believe how many people are willing to put up with that crap. As I told my friend Joseph I come from Union era people we fought back fight back! We teach people how to treat us.
