On this day in 2017 my mother passed away to a near-simultaneous chorus of automatic weapons and screams in Las Vegas, NV. And then, the deadly silence that ensued. In a lifetime of trauma, abuse and violence, there was no greater horror in one day's time for all those souls. ☮️

I think of you nearly daily, and wish the energy I’m sending had a bigger, tangible impact. 💛

All friendship that is true to my heart does thank you so much. I know your path has not been easy either. I know you will agree it is time to stop feeding monsters. It's time to stand up to them until they are no more. Peace upon you my dear always, Forever.❤️

I do hope for a conversation with those who didn’t understand in 2010, 2013. Perhaps with all the revelations of recent years, #MeToo #TimesUp #BLM, maybe Msrs Z & M will understand now? We deserve justice, too!
