As a child, I perceived people to be Tellers of Stories. As an adult, I saw myself and all humanity as Makers of Myth. In aging I realize we are a Shared Delusion. Un Folie à Plusieurs. Une création d'imbéciles.
If you give a little cognitive jolt my memory will respond. It's not how many people but the sensory experience that seems to stay with me most strongly. As for the rest, well, yeah. Sigh.
