Sorry to hear you're going through this. It's not for nothing that i tell designers and developers to not rely on things coming from Apple, Facebook, or Google being accessible, especially after I hear "but that's what [one of those three] does". Their bottom line is money.

Sadly the list is very very long when it comes to companies completely shitting all over their very lifeblood – the customer. We boycotted a lot in the 1960s and 70s and it worked. It may be time to start again.
