Personally, I have never feared death. I do fear not achievinga a life well lived and loved. However, there are many friends met along my journeys that not only fear death - but sometimes to the point of pathological obsession. This article inspires me to ask: What do you think?

I don’t fear death. I tire of the journey to death. That doesn’t mean I want to hurry it along, I tried that in 1993 and suggest you get help if you feel that depressed. It’s better to live. I get bummed as Parkinson’s causes me to loose control of my body.

My depression was eradicated when I stopped Prozac when I was re-diagnosed with C-PTSD. I stopped all talk therapy. Ended relationships with malignant narcissists. I was misdiagnosed for decades as you yourself have also experienced. Mindfulness, Art, Music, Yoga, EMDR prove it.
