This remote area south of Arivaca is used extensively by the smuggling of people and narcotics. No More Deaths knows that too.

Not everyone we rescue or encounter is a good person. Notice the backpacks. We don’t know what’s in these backpacks. Agents often encounter narcotics smugglers with packs full of dangerous drugs, headed for our communities.

And the CIA never made guns for cocaine deals, right? Reverend John Fife co-founded The Sanctuary Movement in the 80s (of which No More Deaths is an offshoot). Roy, most people are both good and bad at times. If there is evil, it's denying water, food and care to anyone. Ever.
