Have you looked into European universities? They often have remote study programs and are much cheaper than US ones. Most curricula are in English these days. Anyway, good luck and I hope you find a satisfying to learn!

YES! I've found coursework across Unis in UK and Japan. The language issues are for me and my work desirable. But nothing cohesive in any Uni but Cal Tech. Which makes sense. I'd spend a year applying for scholarships though :) Excellent idea! And, y'are talkin' to World Wide me!
