This is great news. A few of us @paciellogroup were talking about this recently. It’s a shame some companies wait until legal action is taken against them to start taking #a11y seriously.

More than a shame. It's not like we've not as an industry done decades of work and outreach. That's why I think "payback" is overdue. And while I prefer agreements that educate and require oversight, sometimes companies only pay attention when they lose real money. *sigh*

It still amazes me that after all of these years it takes litigation to make some companies aware of basic accessibility requirements. Still much work to do.
