The other day a friend liked a post asking if I could have a blue facemask instead of a Blue Beanie for Web Standards. My post was from 2014. 馃槷

Scarily so at times. My Mom had an expression "Don't give it a canary" as in don't jinx it (unsure origin but "Canary in a coal mine" seems likely). I suspect I'm part canary :)

Ah, Yiddish origin :) "Keinehora" - frequently used. My parents spoke Yiddish especially when around us kids but we figured it out, as kids always do!

I can play ukulele but make them? Very cool. I met a neighbor bringing in two guitars. Friendly guy, asked if that was all. I had 3 this run. He says "I have 4!" Asked about his music "Jazz stuff, but I kinda suck." Jazz guitar is skillz and 4 implies not sucking. Covid Jam time!
