Smart you! Ethics, Communication (Cross cultural). Other topics to inspire leadership. Empathy is a problem word and area for so so many reasons but social and humanitarian subjects address behavior-and our biases. Tears are not always sorrow, laughter not always joy, etc. :)

That is a fascinating answer and someone on FB just now said it too. Empathy as taught is usually in business. But conditions exist that produce humans without the capacity for emotional empathy. It ends up as acting/social engineering. We can't teach feels, but we can INSPIRE.
