Here in the United States that is a federal crime. Discrimination of a disabled person is absolutely equal in law despite not being treated as such or thought of us such as is any other form of hate speech. How awful I am just appalled. Thank you for speaking out!
I know ๐Ÿ˜ž it's sadly happened to me too and this is why I rage against graceless Machines of hate. It is unenforceable most of the time. I name and shame in public is precisely because of this reason when corporations and entities act in this fashion so people can be informed.
