Now they've contacted me via DM. I purposely post customer service discussions in public for accountability for all concerned. DMs in support are to me what I term #BCB (Back Channel Bullshit). I am OPEN and reject backchanneling as it is a #FAIL point in human social discourse.
So I tweeted @UpholdInc regarding charges on my account. I was told to contact support@ email and did so as advised. I received a link to log in. #UX #FAIL Please address this with an efficient response as if one person experiences UX failures, usually many do as well. Thank you.
